With Christmas, New Year and the festive season fast approaching why not take advantage of your hot tub to throw a party?  A hot tub can be a great focal point for an interesting and unusual party for friends and family. If you have new neighbours or friends there is no better way of bonding than inviting them into your hot tub!

You can enhance the evening with great music and mood lighting, or even watch a film, all from the warmth and comfort of the hot tub.  Whilst drinks and nibbles are always welcome, it’s not a good idea to have much alcohol whilst in the tub. Make sure there are plenty of soft drinks available, and avoid messy nibbles. Plastic glasses are advised for obvious reasons.

You will obviously need to provide plenty of towels so people can dry off, and it may even be a good idea to provide your guests with bathrobes too.

Hosting a hot tub party will necessitate some preparation such making sure your spa is fresh and clean and ensuring the water has the right chemical balance and pH and is set to the right temperature.
