A: The E‑Series Swim Spas are the premium line of “fitness‑pool + spa” systems offered by Blue Lagoon Wellness / Endless Pools. They combine a powerful swim‑current system (for swimming or aquatic exercise) with hydrotherapy/spa seating – offering both serious fitness potential and relaxing soak capabilities.

A: Every E‑Series model uses the “Hydrodrive™” system – a smooth, wide, adjustable current that simulates open-water swimming, making it ideal for lap swimming, aquatic fitness, or rehab. 
 Additionally, many E‑Series spas offer the option of a built‑in underwater treadmill (often referred to as “Hydrostride™”) – letting you walk, jog or run in low‑impact water for cardio and joint-friendly workouts. 

A: E‑Series spas bridge the gap: 

  • Provide resistance-based aquatic exercise – useful for swimming training, cardio, rehabilitation, or low-impact workouts. 
  • Still deliver spa-style hydrotherapy: after swimming or exercising you can relax in jetted seats for massage and recovery.
