We decided on the choice of hot tub after a charming lady talked us through the various designs. They stored it for us until our site was ready. Two charming people came on time and installed the spa completely and perfectly. Giving us all the information we could need. We are now using it almost daily and feeling great.

This is our 2nd purchase from Blue Lagoon Spa's but our 1st HotSpring spa. As we were ready to upgrade we had no hesitation in purchasing from Blue Lagoon. Recently purchased this hot tub and its brilliant!! Its second hand but Paul made sure the main parts were replaced and its like new! Thank you so much. What a hard task it was, just fitting through the neighbours garden gate and past her house with millimetres to spare then up 2 lots of 60cm ramps. Not an easy task. We have enjoyed the hot tub but have to say although we are making the most of this fabulous summer we are looking forward to cooler and darker evenings and relaxing in the tub.
Hello Paul, I just had to write and let you know what a difference the ACE water care we had fitted to our HotSpring Sovereign had made to the water quality, it feels soft and fresh, is a nice sea blue and has no chemical smells. I would recommend to anyone, has one fitted as it has made our spa totally different and is cheaper to run as a lot less chemicals especially after our kids have had a spa party, just hit the boost, close the lid and in 24 hours its like new, no more after party water changes. We have had our hot tub for a few years now but have not used it for quite some time, we decided to give it a good clean up and put it to use again so I called into blue lagoon to stock up on the bromine tablets etc that we needed, to be honest its been that long since we used it I had forgotten what I needed so Ben gave me all the info that I needed so now we have all the bromine etc at the ready just waiting for a new filter then we will be up and running again, thanks Ben for all your help Ruth
We got our hot tub from Paul about 12 months ago, when they were back in the old showroom. My husband and I just had to visit the new showroom and see the new ACE water care system. Suzanne who we met the day of buying our hot tub was off on the Sat we visited the new showroom, she is a lovely lady. Polite, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease with no pressure put on you to buy anything. We originally went with the intension of buying but looking at a few suppliers first but Blue Lagoon Spa's were so good we didn't bother looking elsewhere and bought what we wanted then. The install etc was on the worst day of the year for weather but the attitude and professionalism of Paul and his staff was excellent. On this our second visit we went to view and if impressed by to purchase the ACE water care system. Paul is coming on Tuesday to fit it. He runs a very well organised business, is a nice friendly guy and remembers all his customers. When we have rang with any queries etc, he knows exactly where we live and the make and model we have. We bought our HotSpring Sovereign last year around October 2012, it was installed by Paul on the wettest day ever they were wet through but carried on with me holding a patio umbrella trying to provide some cover. They did a fantastic job and we have enjoyed using it in all weathers we spent new year in it, have sat in the snow and had quite a few parties during the summer. It has 6 seats but we managed 13 teenagers in it during one party. The service offered from viewing to installation and after care has been excellent and we would recommend Blue Lagoon to everyone so if you are looking for a spa take your swimwear down to the showroom and have a dip you will be hooked..
Having experienced the quality of product and service my parents received from Blue Lagoon over many years, there was only ever one place I would consider for a hot tub purchase. I opted for a HotSpring tub as the same brand as my parents second tub from Blue Lagoon. As anticipated the sales process was informative, pressure free and I was very satisfied with the package I ordered. The delivery was on time and installed by a friendly and very tidy team. The tuition for tub care was excellent and left me with no doubt. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend Blue Lagoon to anybody considering a hot tub!

Paul, I didn't get a chance to call you back after you repaired my hot tub. I just wanted to let you know that the heating element is working great and we really enjoyed the hot tub through the Christmas period, thanks to you. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and your efforts to get the tub working in such a short period of time, particularly as it was near the Christmas period. I very much liked your friendly and prompt service and will definitely be calling again if I ever have other hot tub trouble. We decided last year to have a tub at our house in Mojacar Spain.
I looked around but could not source what I wanted economically. A friend put me in contact with Paul Buckley at Blue Lagoon who recommended a HotSpring Aria (great choice) with the ACE system. Paul arranged for the transport to Spain and even went out personally to commission the Tub. I was in the UK but my wife was out there with friends.
The supply of the unit was faultless; it turned up on the deadline and was put into position and Paul commissioned it over 2 days. The music system is brilliant and now that I have been to Spain to try it out extensively I can without hesitation recommend Blue Lagoon Spas to anyone who wants great customer service and a great product.
Paul has saved me a small fortune and I am very grateful for his advice and help.

The initial contact was very good and gave us confidence in the service provided by Blue Lagoon Spas. The visit was informative, where the costs were fully outlined in a pleasant and friendly way. Installation was carried out very efficiently on the agreed date and time, with excellent instruction on use and maintenance.

In March 2012 we aquired a hot tub, but when fitted it would not heat up so we contacted Blue Lagoon Spas who had originally sold this tub to the previous owner. They could not have been more helpful, I explained the problem and they said it sounded like it need a new heater element, and they had one in stock which they kept for me. I took photos of the heater sent sent them off to Blue Lagoon. Not only did they sell me the part but also explained how to fit it.
We have continued to get our accessories from the shop ever since, it may be a journey but when people are so helpful it makes all the difference, without their help I am not sure that the tub would have been up and running for my birthday celebrations.
It is always a pleasure to go into the shop as there is always something new to look at, quite like the new Barrel Sauna, just need room to put it.

Just to wish you both a happy and prosperous New Year and to thank you most sincerely for the service and customer care I have received since I purchased my Hot Tub from you in June 2010.
I have been suffering with back and leg problems since 2006, I have seen many consultant's and back specialists during the last few years who have informed me that there is nothing that can be done to help my back problems and just keep taking the pills.
However, whilst I was in Florida in May last year I suffered with the back problem and developed a surging pain down my left leg, which at times was unbearable.
Fortunately the villa where I was staying at the time had a Hot Tub which I used every day of my holiday, this helped me tremendously, and the pain in both my leg and back subsided.
On returning home my wife and I contacted your company and we purchased a Hot Tub from you in June 2010. I have got to be honest, it is the best purchase we have ever made. I use the Tub every morning and have been pain free now for the past 6 months.
So thank you both for the way you assisted me in deciding which tub to buy, and thank you once again for all your help and expert advice. It's nice to know that the after sales care is excellent also.

On 19th August 2010 we purchased and received a Lexxus 5 person spa from Blue Lagoon Spas in Crewe.
Having gone into the showroom, Paul & Keith had all the Hot Tubs perfectly laid out, we were walking around without being set upon by pushy salesman.
Paul came to our aid and explained everything very clearly, so we went ahead and chose our Tub.

I am not in the habit of leaving reviews, but this isn't a review, but more of a huge thank you and praise for Blue Lagoon Spas, especially Paul & Keith. We had been in the market for a hot tub for a while, as you can imagine, it is not a decision you enter in without weighing up the pro's and cons, but when we went and spoke to Paul you could tell that this was years of experience talking. Paul and Keith immediately made us feel very welcome with no pressure at all. After we had been advised on which Spa would best suit our needs and budget, we decided on a Spa. We asked if they could deliver the Spa within a couple of days, after Paul had regained conciousness, (joke) we agreed a date and time.
On the Thursday afternoon, as agreed the Spa arrived and was installed. Paul showed us how to look after and treat the Spa. Their manners and attitude were absolutely spot on, they assured us that if ever we needed anything that we could just call. and true to their word a day or two later we were requiring their advice after a very good party. Paul and Keith were very helpfull with the advice which we needed. Although this is a very long winded email, I think that too many people are quick to complain, but not enough people a so quick to give praise where praise is due and I think Blue Lagoon Spas deserve all the praise they get. I would, and am going to recommend Blue Lagoon Spas to friends.

To put it bluntly, me and my wife are still in shock from how fantastic our hot tub is.
Like a lot of people have said, we wish we had done it years ago. Paul and Keith were superb from start to completion and certainly know their stuff.
On the day of delivery they were at our home prior to the crane arriving (ours had to be craned over the house to get it in place) and they soon had it up and running. They gave us full tuition on the running and up keep of the tub which is straight forward.
We had been to several suppliers but none compared to Blue Lagoon Spas. Change your life, go here you won't regret it.

Just a quick note to say thanks. We had a problem with a power lead from our Hot Tub and approached several companies to source a replacement. Each time we heard nothing back.
Eventually we found Blue Lagoon spas and Keith, he was not only prompt and attantive, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were sorted out.
